Freetrack adventures with OuttaTime (Pics)

Here is my Freetrack system, It took me ONLY a week to put together and get parts...also it cost me ONLY $60.

Why would people lie to me.

Here's what you need:

This is the first step:



Then you can get down to buissness and make your USB cord:



And then you can melt some metal onto some wire:



Then you can make the skeletal structure of your track clip and place out your measurements:



Then wire it NICE:



Now tape it up:



All done:








And if you followed correctly you should have your very own freetrack system.

Thank you...I have to say my overall skill in IL2 has gone up a further %110 from the %110 it was already at...so be careful guys...I have a head tracking system now.

Im goign to redo mine fore the third time soon.

The first Cheap Build was crap.

The second reached expected Result's but after a couple months of wear and tear is starting to fail..

This third one im planning on getting a better web cam (Wide lens) and being more precise.

all the contact points are completely encased in glue and it's really sturdy so i'm hoping it will last.. but i am also not paying $200 +$50 to get a Track IR system across the border.

Can't find one on craigslist either.

so I MAKE. Still have to cover the wires and make a clip for the headphones...right now it's good enough to fly with and i barely tweaked any settings.
