S!~ Jericho,
We're glad to see you back. I think Allied for the first round will be fine, but Warren's got the final word on that.

I tossed ya over on the Allied side Jericho. Basically we are going to switch it up and finally fly with the RCAF, who have been a huge supporter of these campaigns from the begining.
This should mix things up nicely. 2 of the bigger squadrons and II/JG1 vs. the world.
To me it will be interesting to see how the different team structure dynamics play against each other.
The Allies will have the smaller groups but man, those groups......... hell Im concerned being an Axis pilot.
The Allies have some damn fine squadrons, some of the best in the game. Im thinking these smaller = quicker but very skilled groups might have a field day against the bulkier Axis squadrons.
On the other hand, if the Axis dont control and dominate the server while they are in............................. Its going to be a long week for them. The Axis will have to manage a lot of different types of threats from all the angles that the Allies will be able to throw into the fight over the 24 hour / 7 day period.
Either way, we will switch sides to fly the Redoux he following week and see if this "new team dynamic" has any real effect. So far, no team has won both campaigns.... its always gone to the same "side," being an Axis or and Allied double victory.
We just cant thank everyone enough for all the support from the different parts of the IL2 community in conducting these campaigns. Without participants none of this would be possible and we greatly apprechiate it!!
And if you do enjoy these campaigns, please take a moment for reflection of that fact before you blow away that JU-88 you have lined up in your sights.

Believe you might have sent in an application of recruitment to join the sqaudron when maybe you were wanting to just join the battle... You wishing to join the squadron or just the campaign?

Is there anyway you can switch me to the red side? been flying in there for a while and the lack of the red side showing is making me quite bored. just want some action and if i can bolster some of the allied numbers im all for it.
