I was wondering if anyone knows how to build an overlay program? I have all these great little programs like bombsight table where it stays ontop of all my windows and I can always count on it to be where I left it. I would love to have a similar program/overlay for a compass and some other graphics I have and not have to worry that they will fall behind some other program window, which often happens.
Anyone know how to do this or is it more trouble than its worth?
Any computer experts out there?!

BT2 already sets up as an overlay.
Anyway I figured out how to create other overlay graphics!

With this tool you can create any graphic to act as an overlay. On my second monitor I expand my map to full screen, on top of that I have Team speak (always on top) and on top of that I created a clear compass that I can drag over my map and put anywhere I want. I also created an overlay for level bombing so I have the offsets and other numbers easily available. Unfortunately while this works great for a second monitor, it does not work well with the game, the game causes the overlay to constantly blink.
