Whats the command for turning on the gunsight in MkIXc model? And while were on the command subject, Im slowly working my way up to flying with the same settings you guys use,ie cockpit only(dear lord what torture) so what other setting commands are manditory, aside from the obvious.
And dont be shy about throwing some tips my way flying cockpit only............

like S.L.N Said the bombsight automation function, of course you would need to have a key binded to that command, try
ALT + B

I agree nothing like real, but I didnt expect to have to go through flight school to play this!

I honestly can't remember what all the things are you'll need to set up commands for. Prop pitch, Radiator, tail hook, brakes, field of view. theres a ton. What I would suggest is Joint-Ops. It really is a school for IL2. They have a basic class which is free and they help you get every thing working that need to for all the basics.
http://www.joint-ops.com/php2/index.php ... e&Itemid=1 . Also the =AVG= Training command team has put together an amazing training program for our pilots
form.php and we throw in the fancy =AVG= uniform in at no extra charge! I know you would expect to pay a lot more than 3 easy payments of 19.99, But if you act now we'll give you this amazing value at not 19.99 but completely for free! Yes you heard me right, F R E E

LOL! Yeah thanks, I think Im suffering from a severe case of NoobinIL2ism, Emil in an Alb or DR1 aint the same Emil in a 109 or Spit, Im working on it though! Another thing Im having a problem with is commiting to an "in cockpit squadron", man I just LOVE lookin at my airplane in external view!

It needs to be stressed here that AVG is NOT an in-cockpit only squad. It is just that the events we presentlly fly are all closed pit with no externals, but many of us also frequent the external view servers like Skies of Valor.

Excellent point Colslaw. Yes, several times a week I see we have guys in SoV. Color is anything you want. Tie Dye if you really want.

S! Emil!
I was curious about what joystick you are using. Thought I could help with what keys to bind for sights and other functions that are helpful to have while playing closed pit. I also have increase pov, decrease pov, and there is one that you kind bind that cylces through pov that I use often but forget what its called. It might be cycle pov. I would also like to get involved with your coop missions. Was wondering what platform you play waw on. I have an xbox and will give you my gamertag if you have one as well.
Maybe I could give you some tips while in a coop mission or sov.
