Hyper Lobby Issue

Cant find info on this so figured Id try here, sometimes the guys I fly with can connect in a COOP mission with me or me them and sometimes just times me or all of us out, 5 minutes later we can all connect then POOF no one can connect together again. Are there settings I need to know about to be able to connect together all the time? Thanks
