Ok, had the DL version, had a HD crash needed to reinstall lost my activation code so I bought the CD and it wont install,
using win7 64bit, set compatiblity for xp sp3 and still no go, now it tells me Im missing a .dll and reinstall, this after reintalling it 4 times. When it works this game is great............
Does It EVER end with this game?

You have to install as admin. I am running the same system you are and that is how I install my gaming stuff. As admin. right click the .exe and click run as admin.

I get this error when trying to run ultra pac update.any clue?

Exactly what that is. Run as admin and select #1 when the screen comes up.
