During the period of 12 January 2010 thru 1 June 2010, Captain Storm served in the Winter War. Of the 39 participants, Captain Storm distinguished himself by placing first in overall score, and in Kills with a total of 14 enemy destroyed, for the loss of 3 aircraft.

Captain Storm distinguished himself in the face of a determined enemy and is hereby awarded the Silver Star. Captain Storm has brought honor and renown to the group, and his actions are in keeping with the highest traditions of the US Army Air Corps. They reflect well upon him, his unit, and the =AVG=.
