Just got home after our band played a battle of the bands this evening. We came in second out of seven bands, and that was with us only having half the crowd (we played second) that was there for the later acts. Even better than the win, was the fact that we played our best 1/2 hour ever and had many positive comments afterwards.
To make it even better, we lost by ONE vote !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With us playing so early in the show I really didn't think we had that good of a chance.
