Blocky text on map screen

I am getting nothing but blocky text when my ap screen comes up. I tried the update /restore for UP2.01 but still nothing. Can someone please give me a hand with this. thanks

ATI 10.5 hotfix did the job. I only had 10.3. here is the link for anyone who needs it.
