ok , no biggie , turn the feature on , coolio.
tinker around lookin at stuff... shut down pc...

restart pc and select xp64 to see if it has restore points on...
what ? needs activated ? ok...hmm already is...
restart loop loop loop cant get past or around activation loop ....
ok no biggie...I'll just reinstall the dang OS again ....what the hay its a holiday.
