when did you register? what name/callsign are you using in hyperlobby? If you registered after the campaign started that is why. no new players added after the start.

BigO is right. Get on comms and get sorted ASAP. I am wondering if you did a clean install to 4.09m and added Ultra Pack, or if you went to version 4.10m and then added Ultra Pack.
