S! Murph,
For IL-2 you can get it here:
http://www.direct2drive.com/3021/produc ... 6-Download
Then you need to patch up to 4.09m you can get it here
http://www.acebus.com/mag-13/setup/client409m.exe
Then up to UP2.01. Do you have any experiance with torrent files?
http://ultrapack.il2war.com/index.php?a ... attach=923
You will need a bit torrent client before opening the file at the Full Installer link (above). If you don't already have a bit torrent client give uTorrent a try (
http://www.utorrent.com/). After installing a bit torrent client simply download and open the up201.torrent file (in the above link). Once the torrent download is complete open the folder that the Ultr@Pack 2.01 install files where store in (in uTorrent this is done by right clicking on the UP201 entry and select the "Open Containing Folder" menu option). Double click on UltraPack201_Client.exe to start the installation process. Use the Change button (in the Choose Destination Location dialog box) to select your IL-2 game folder and continue with the installation.
Otherwise you can download all parts seperately

http://www.acebus.com/up20/Full201/data3.cab
http://www.acebus.com/up20/Full201/data4.cab
http://www.acebus.com/up20/Full201/data5.cab
http://www.acebus.com/up20/Full201/data6.cab
http://www.acebus.com/up20/Full201/data7.cab
http://www.acebus.com/up20/Full201/data8.cab
http://www.acebus.com/up20/Full201/data9.cab
Download all nine files into the same folder. Once the download is complete run UltraPack201_Client.exe to start the installation process. Use the Change button (in the Choose Destination Location dialog box) to select your IL-2 game folder and continue with the installation.
Since you'll have a Direct 2 Drive (downloaded) version of IL-2 you will need to install the SAS D2D Patch. Available at
http://www.acebus.com/sasd2d/sasd2d_patch.exe

We told him that the first 300 characters here were free. After, that, we start charging by the letter.

Hi Murph; good to see you; I'm one of those poor fools who bought RoF (it was 1/3 off at the time for the Iron Cross Edition); it's got great eye candy, a challenging flight model and fantastic sound, but you need a truly monstrous machine to run it at a level where you can appreciate it all. Also, IMO the multiplayer needs a bit of work, and the way the wings bend instead of breaking when damaged still has me scratching my head.
