The Meritorious Service Medal is hereby presented to Major BigO. Major BigO has distinguished himself by outstanding non-combat meritorious achievement and service on behalf of the entire group by organizing and establishing the Primary Flight Training Program for the =AVG=.

Many members contributed to the success of the overall mission, with Major BigO effectively orchastrating that effort. Major BigO's actions are in keeping with the highest traditions of the US Army Air Corp, and of the virtual =AVG= of IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946.
