This patch has many fixes to the latest Ultrapack version.

A few of us installed it last night and now even more of us cannot pass the CRT=2. I am working on a complete new install now.

Both of my installs failed to pass the CRT=2 Test. Currently Reinstalling...

Yea - Forgotten Skies is NOT upgrading right now - so I am not going anywhere near this mess of a version.

........One of these days there will be a fix and I will be back. Can someone NUKE the CRT=2 please.

I am not going through the re-re-re-installing bullshit again, so will probably not be in anything that is 2.0n in the near future.

well here is my list of attempts....( maintaining a copy of my working game for playing FS )

1) HSFX 4.1 updated to 2.0m then to 2.0n - failed
2) up1.8 updated to 2.0m with patch , then onwards to 2.0n - failed
3) 4.09m updated to 2.0m full install then the 2.0n - failed
4) 4.09m updated with the full 2.0n install - failed

these tests were all trying to get into WoW.. will try jg52 test server next as well..


results as I get them below....


02-24-10* 6:16pm - able - to join jg51 test server with 2.0n - full install package ....failed on WoW server.
using a copy of my working game I play FS on....updated with the 2.0N patch....able to get in jg51 test server...failed on WoW.

now able to get into WoW server as well with 2.0n ...!

So is YOKE like, yiddish for pit bull or something?

It really pisses me off when you are struggling to fix your stuff and try to test it and have a few of your own guys think it is funny your stuff don't work right and laugh about it especially when you can hear it!!! Not funny! Thought we were all here to help each other?

with Tiger updating the WoW server there shouldn't be any probs with 2.0n now.

elsewhere are posts in our forums that give addies to the correct links to re download.

look for Tiger's posts he has the links listed and the explanation why WoW wasnt working.
