I am unable to get in I get a timeout 0 with a fresh install and the mods shown in-abled

If you are trying to use your FS install, IT WILL NOT WORK in WoW. The patch that they had us install two weeks ago invalidates your basic UP2 install which is required for WoW. You need a clean UP2 for WoW as the decision was made to not make any changes to the WoW mods required. A number of =AVG= were unable to finish round one due to our having installed the FS UP2+ patch

Colslaw is correct. You need a UP2.0 install without the UP 2.0m Bug-Fix Patch for UP 2.0 to fly WoW.

This patch came out during the first Manchuria phase and can not be included in this Redoux campaign.

Well , that explains that one doesnt explain the same error in Forgotten Skies. Well I will wait for the next one its not worth my time to spend 2 hrs downloading all this crap again to play for 2 days

I was getting time out 0 in FS, I found that my FS PhaseII skins were not installed correctly. In the jsgme folder I found the PhaseII skins folder and when I opened it it had another PhaseII folder inside it. Once I corrected that I was OK to play there.
