Lodestone just posted the following at their forums

At some time between 10:00pm and 2:00am (EST) on the evening of Tuesday, January 19th, 2010, Skies~Of~Fire and Skies~Of~Valor will go off-line briefly while they are up-graded to version 4.09m.

Now I can fly SOV again. I missed having all my kills stolen.
