4.09m official patch to IL2 is out.
But it does not work with mods or a modded game.
Best thing if you like to use it is make a new install patch it with 4.08m
Then put on 4.09m, it come with some new maps, planes, skins and many
Other game enhancements, also there is a server package for it, you can
Get it over at mission 4 today, we at AAA are on the move to get the UI
Compatible with it, so that will be coming soon.


Also just to let you all know UI 1.2 is going to be released soon as well
It also comes with new maps, planes, skins as well as new sounds and a
New sounds folder for easy installing of your most liked sounds with no
Big hassle.

Oye, Im not going to install anything untill people figure out all the bugs and what to uninstall and reinstall and rework!

I know they were talking about how FS would not work if we installed it, so careful.

Yea - I suggest if ANYONE is going to install this - they once again make a copy of their 4.08m unmodded version of their game folder...and patch up to 4.09m using that. This way you still have a copy of 4.08m. But I am not going to bother yet. Why? I have the following versions already installed...

IL2:1946 - 4.08m vanilla
IL2:1946 - AAA 1.1.1 Unified with FS mod
IL2:1946 - HSFX 3.21 mod
IL2:1946 - Zuti 0.8 RC3.3 mod

Think I will hold off before adding a FIFTH version of this game to my stable.
