Invitation to Join FA/AKA Campaign
Posted: 28 Aug 2009 17:07
S! AVG,
Currently we are testing phase 2 of our North Africa (+Malta and Sicily) campaign (Nov-Dec 1941). We would like to invite the AVG to fly with us on Friday's and Sundays (17:30-20:30 pacific time). The active squads include FA, AKA, 352nd, and a few other pilots from other squads. We can use one more squad that could provide decent numbers (e.g. 5-10 pilots) for each mission, which would also help out with balancing the sides.
We are using IL2 v4.09bm with the AAA 1.1 universal installer and the AAA 1.1.1 update, as well as the Zuti mod (for moving dogfight missions). We use a dogfight arena, with the moving dogfight mod (for moving ground/sea units) and some of the new AAA 1.1.1 aircraft as flyable.
If you are interested, feel free to visit and register the FA/AKA campaign site: http://www.fallenangelssquadron.com/fsm ... /index.php
Post that you are interested in the North Africa forum and we can make available any needed files (i.e. Zuti mod). You can also view the current map for the campaign http://70.87.121.84:8080/campaign/ and the stats for the test missions so far http://70.87.121.84:8080/stats/ to see how things are shaping up.
