No Sh@t, there I was, finally had all my ducks in a row, was flying my first recon mission with Big Fred & Co., about 6 minutes out, just had my 109 trimmed to take the hand off the stick, crack the cockpit hatch a notch to light a Marlboro Light.....then it happened, the world froze, then went haywire, lost sight of my flight leader, then BAM!!! boot city, no sweat, log back on and try er again. This time I was on the Active, lights on cranking the ole Mercedes engine out, here comes a goob, landing on the outbound side. BOOM!!! booted again, then a third try, I notice a plane taxi foward, stop, and then backward, my mates told me it was a spike ping, well I got the courage up to sound totally like a rookie, and asked what was the main cause of this (hell, I really had not a clue!!) Well, come to find out, if household 6 is catching up on her Myspace, with the wireless hook-up that could cause it, not only that, but my 7 year old was playing some little susie purebred game and my step son has his DS hooked up online at the same time, so I guess I am King Ping!!!! Not to fear, next mission, the wireless will all of a sudden go down, so I can have the floor to fly!!!! Don't know how long that will last, but hey. So I should be good to go and look foward to the AVG campaign. I won't bring my buddies google [bot] and yahoo [bot] though, they seem to be here every time I log on to the AVG site.

I understand completely. That's why my machine is hard-wired to the wireless router. And, as for Google [Bot] and Yahoo [Bot], they are welcome guests. I have optimized the site so that we can easliy be found, and that's why the bots crawl the site all the time.

Speaking of being found easily and social networks, hey George, tell your wife to check out facebook, when you look at a profile you will notice that there isn't any loud blearing music playing, it's rather quite, so that will save bandwidth, also no background art although I must say there are some very creative people on there, and futhermore I stumbled apon a farmiliar squadron, ECV56 has a profile there, as well as there is a community or group I believe who flies in the same servers as we do, though they weren't specific on who they were.

It's ok, understandable. Thought we could possibly advertise and recruit from there, but I heard we were going to lay off of recruiting for a bit. Youtube videos usually gets the crowds attention anyway. I have serveral recordings but it's like so messy in all 4 hard drives have to go over a lot recorded history we've made.

One more thing, George are you DSL or cable? There was infact a big difference when my sister would be on myspace and youtube at the same time, OMG! Cable kinda toned it down just a wee bit. Even for wireless, but just a wee bit.

Thanks for the help you been givin out to me online there Raz, yer 1 in a million. We both do facebook and myspace, so that did'nt help on this end . I also read up on the ping crap, seems if I clean my cookies and such it helps too, also closing programs in the background. If you gents know of anything else, I am ALL ears.

~S~ George no problem, though I had no idea that you have programs running yeah, that will do something too it, please don't tell me you have limewire the evil green program. Still that will help little based on experience. Think about the cable, lol oh man, you will see the difference.

Hey you know how it's funny when I had a computer seperate know one was so aggressive to be on this one, and now, when my sis doens't have her phone she doesn't budge to get off of this one here. And every time on it, she has an adittitude. So this will explain sometime why I miss FS because what I want to do on the computer is not important. And I only asked for the time that we have FS, nope she stayed on the thing untill 2:00 AM, F#@^'ing A!
