Anyone have a good IL2 Pilot Flight Log they use (perferable in Excel) and are willing to share?

I want to start keeping track of my online IL2 activitiy (more than just using Xfire timer)

There are several to choose from. I'm still going through them so I'm not sure which one(s) I would recommend at this time.
