WIP Race Heats are being planned, maps being developed, and Scheduling will be discussed when we get the first two things planned.

I went through it and it "seems" we will be using UP3. Unfortunitly my c drive shit the bed and my desktop has been out for a week. IT guys at work said it will be completely back together on Mon.

Should be on Mon, Wed and friday night flushhing this out. I know, Im a wreck.
