The 1946 is another expansion pack, but contains the original game and all of the expansions- Pacific Fighters, Peshka, etc. I layed out $20 for the whole she-bang, so you might can find it cheaper now. Everything else beyond that is a patch, and we have that part of the system pretty much fine-tuned now.

Yeah, you can buy it and download it for 10 bucks. Medar and I posted links earlier in this thread. I don't know if you can find it in stores anymore or not. You'd have to do some looking around.
