X-52 controller down

Ok. my joystick messed up tonight just as I was going to go into Ghost Skies. My profiler will not open and when I go to redownload my stuff from saitek, all they have is stuff for X-52Pro. Anyone have any ideas on what to do? I'm down till I find the fix.

Also when I tried to run my install software it gets to one point and asks me to plug in the controller being used and it already was and my computer even shows it plugged in. I don't know, I'm confused on this one.
