My girls and black rifles

Unread post by Alpha »

My daughters shot their first truck match today.
The elder daughter had an issue with a mag that has always run well in the past, but other than that they both did well.
Sorry about the camera angle, view point options were limited.

Very cool.
No clue why she had a problem with that 45 rounder and then even her next mag fell. Even if its out of battery, mag should still catch or am I crazy?

Looks like some failure to fire / recharging drills are in order. :D

What clubs do you belong to?

Warren
I have always short loaded that 45 rounder to 44 to prevent it from not seating. After she shot I pulled the round count down to 40 and tried it on my run, same dang thing it would not seat. As for her next mag not seating that was all her.
All in all I think she handled it well, it was only the second time she had fired the AR.

Now the youngest one looked like a pro with the M&P22.

I belong to Chillicothe sportsmens club, Tremont sportsmens club and Central Illinois Practical Shooters.
