Re: Nice picture?
That was my exact thought as well.
"Don't spend my money drivin round in a car,
I save my money for electric guitars
Disco music's just a social disease,
if it don't rock me then it don't please me"
April Wine. . Wanna Rock 1979
Substitute hip-hop for disco and it is still relevant
oh yeah. . I bought two new guitars this week

I have an old Stratocaster I will never part with, an Acoustic Eagle, an Acoustic folk-sized Fender, and an Acoustic Aria. I've always wanted a Gibson Les Paul from the 60's as well...just don't have one yet.

Re: Nice picture?
1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom. . black with gold hardware
1980s Aria Pro II bass
1993 Fender Strat ... sky blue
2007 Hamer Explorer Red
2008 Epiphone Explorer Korina Mahogany
2009 Vintage Les Paul Jnr TV (this was a natural wood finish that looked good on b/w TVs in the 50/60s. . hence the TV in the model name)
1989 Kingston Classical
2008 Jay Turser 3/4 size acoustic (For the oldest girl)
2009 Jay Turser 3/4 size acoustic for the second girl who turns 8 today
Add in the two basses my bass player has and the three electrics my landlord left here and we are overrun. I just bought wall hangars to get six of them hanging on the wall of the bandroom and have room for two more for Barry's basses

Re: Nice picture?
At least you have a band you play with! I only play for fun and keep the Stratocaster locked away these days. The Acoustics are in my study at home...the Stratocaster comes out a handful of times a year right now.
At least until the girls get older. I don't like fingerprints on my sunburst!

I was going to see if I could a picture of my Challenger with the B-17 or one of the other warbirds at the Museum near me. Just haven't gotten around to it.
