Teamspeak Problem

Unread post by RAF209_Beer30 »

S! All,
I have a problem with Teamspeak when using IL2. My Teamspeak works normally when playing Red Baron. With Teamspeak on, then starting IL2, people are unable to hear my transmissions. However I can hear them. As soon as I shut IL2 down Teamspeak is normal.
Anyone have a fix for this problem?
Thanks!
Salute!
Beer

S!~ Beerman,

Make sure that you have turned off the in-game communications program in IL-2 and let us know if that solves the problem for you.

S! Beer,

Are you by chance using TrackIR or some other freetrack system? Reason I ask is because I've always used f12 to talk on TS and this also the default key with TrackIR and it won't let you use it for anything else. To fix my problem I moved all the TrackIR keys to differnet ones.

I used to have that problem when entering a game via hyperlobby on my Vista machine. . now I have HL set to run as administrator and also in XP compatibility mod.

Actually I just connect via direct IP now, but the above fix does work if I have to use HL.
