Sigh of relief

I found out today that I don't have melanoma, I just had a couple of pre-cancer spot on my face and the doctor froze them off.

Plus I found out at the doctor that I don't have to have shoulder surgery that I was worried about.
The Doctor told me that I have, what is called a frozen shoulder and he gave me some exercises that I could do to get my range of motion back, (without PAIN)
