During the Wings~of~War: Normandy 1944 Campaign, =AVG=SNA2007 distinguished himself in combat by effectively leading flights into battle. Not only is =AVG=SNA2007 one of the top scoring fighter pilots of all of those who participated in the event, he added to the score of many =AVG= members through teamwork and outstanding leadership. For his heroism and extraordinary achievement in the face of the enemy, =AVG=SNA2007 is hereby awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross.
