Axis wins the Normandy 1944 Campaign
S!~ All,
I have the final tally for the campaign. I am still working on squadron scores and individual scores. I am creating a spreadsheet as I did for the Manchuria 1945 Campaign so that it is available to all for download. The total team scores are as follows;
Axis 89,624
Allied 45,714
Stay tuned to this thread for the squadron and individual pilot scores. I'll have them put together soon.

hey Tiger if you devide the final score by the pilots for each side that will give a better assesment in regards to the unbalanced sides it would give each side and avarge score per pilot...that is of coarse you know how many blue pilots and red pilots that took part over all.
thanks for all the hard work .

Re: Axis wins the Normandy 1944 Campaign
S!~ Jericho,
That's not going to help much. There were 30 Allied pilots and 33 Axis pilots. So, the Allies had an average score per pilot of 1,523.8 points, while the Axis had 33 pilots and an average score per pilot of 2,715.9 points. If you look at RCAF_FB_Pol's score, it's 12,805 points, which brings the Axis average way up. The real story is in terms of pilot hours. The Axis team may have had about the same number of pilots, but they flew far more hours on average than the Allied pilots did.

I works out to be 75 cases of beer and 16 half gallon bottles of Jack Daniels. That's 2.27 cases and .242 gallons of Jack per axis Pilot.
