There is a new version (v1.1) of the AAA mod pack and switcher available, to be used for Forgotten Skies and whatever else. I believe it has 6DOF included as well.

I am currently downloading. 1.75+ gigabyte total download will take a while for me. I will add new post to report on success/failure of install.

So far, I have been unsuccessful in downloading a working set. Files are supposed to be 256 meg each except for part 8. They are shown as 'completed' but are smaller than 256 and RAR check shows checksum errors. So far I have parts 1, 7 and 8.

Maybe wait a few days for a few mirror sites to open.

I got those errors when i tried to installed all those at once, unfortunately you have to do each one seperately. hope this helps

I have never posted to the AAA board. I registered a while back to get the AAA sound pack and went back recently for the 6DOF patch.

So many ppl are downloading it the Dl's are getting cut. So we made a .torrent for all the files here. I am seeding

I got it to download last nite after midnight I just installed it and clicked on the switcher everything seems to work ok just got to go in and checkout to see if I can stay in a server

I just went into FS sandbox and tried it man you guys are going to like this the cockpits are great and the guns and such look real sweet when you fire them. I am just going thru the read me stuff to set some settings but it looks pretty good from my point.

Those who are flying FS will love the FW190 you can see behind you which is cool I found with some help if you go out of gun view you can look under the nose and around it which makes it real good in a dogfight and tracking your enemy it seems that in the new mod the plate behind the pilots seat is gone which lets you look behind you and if your out of gun view you can look and see around the tail section this makes things alot easier for me.
