For the past many, many weeks I have been getting timed out by some web hub to our forums.

Seems they actually fixed it.

I heard from Warren a couple of Sundays ago and he was having issues with the forum. Running a trace route (command: tracert) revealed that there was a hub down between Warren and the web server. Either he's now routed differently, or the hub has been repaired.
