Downloaded the program, but was surprised to find no installation instructions. Especially since when I extracted from my zip file I ended up with 4 files. Hmmmmm, which goes first. I wonder????? Any help there would be appreciated.

Wow (not the campaign, LOL). I originally posted my question on 3-26-11. It is now 4-16-11. No response. Hmmmmmm, guess it's a dead subject then. Thanks anyways.

I have no answer either. I tried to download and install it but ran into the same situation with no instructions so I baught Trackir4 pro.

Well, an update to the FaceTrackNoIR problem. Go to the website in the initial posting, and click on the tab marked Manual. Then click on Installation. Check the instructions. I got brave and installed it by running the setup.exe, and then the next .exe file. Still not sure what the other 2 files are for, but seemed to install OK without them. Now, my only problem is to get a new webcam (when it rains, it pours LOL).
