S! Everyone
I just downloaded Fraps. Just wondering, is it worth paying the $37 to get the full verion with free updates or should I stick with the free download version? Please give me your ideas. I don't want to be wasting money if I don't need to. I always here everyone talking about it and figured I would give Fraps a try.

I bought it and it has been great. Have even fixed versions that stopped being able to record RB3D in Glide mode when I informed them.
The real pluses is the different formats for saving the images. The unlimited recording time is a bit of a double edge sword. The demo's 30 second makes you conscious about what you are recording. I currently have like three minute video files 4 gigs in size from stuff I recorded, and if it shows up in my video I only need 6-12 seconds of it. :)
But in actuality, it is one of the best buys I ever did of a program bought online.

I investigated FRAPS, found it to be pretty good, thought about buying it, but could not find the price....$37, eh? Now that I know how many shekels to set aside, I should be able to afford it in the near future*frantically begins sidelining shekels*.
