It looks like I could pick up a boat really cheap in Detroit. All kidding aside, this is pretty sad. Cleveland looked this way about 20 years ago, but there was an effort to clean it up which was somewhat successful.

Yeah, that guy had a thing for the boats didn't he.
All I can say is that what you see in that video has been slowly creeping its way to where I live all my life. I live less than a mile from the edge of that city and much of what you watched could be within walking distance from my front door.

True, I think the housing Market was a good chunk of it because their either remodeling old apartment complexes or choosing vacant lots for building new homes. If things don't get on track soon, the whole country is going to look like this and it will be considered "Upper Class Housing"
