TS Codec

S!~ I would like to make a request that the current codec for the WOW channel be droped to 7.2 Speex. The current 29.5 speex works great and has the sound of a 50,000 watt rap station in Kansas but, is a large drain on some players cpu and bandwidth. I wouldn't mind not hearing Tiger's droning, or Big O's heavy breathing and Hammer's whining in such HiDef if it meant others had a better game experience.

Has switching back to Ts3 been considered?
I believe they have codecs that use less bandwidth and has better sound quality.

Im not sure how thats going to affect your Cpu but if you can run IL-2 Im sure you can run TS with it.

If y'all haven't yet, go to Options/Bandwidth and choose at least the next higher setting than the room codec is set up for. That is from the TS instructions and helps a lot.
