Cyrillic startup screen...buttons in game too

How did this happen? Suddenly all of my buttons in startup screen are in Russian. Help for a quick fix would be appreciated.

Use the Update & Restore function that came with UP 2.01. It works quite well. Oh, and don't listen to Warren.
