Yes, yes they did! I loved far too many of their games to list, but here are some of my favs:
Allied General, Panzer General, Great Naval Battles: North Atlantic 1939-1943 and my favorite strategy game ever, the one, the only, Steel Panthers. I have DOSBox just so I can play Steel Panthers, simply fantastic.
Far too many of the great gaming companies are no longer with us (can we say MicroProse).
