Gotta keep up with trouble

lol
seeing as how he posted the caddy, I figured I would show my most recent, albeit not nearly as cool project truck.
77 Ford F-250 Ranger "High Boy"
how it sits is how it came from the factory, lift kit, 35" tires and all
anyway, it was towed in off the road about 3 years ago for a sploded wheel bearing on the drivers side.
We got to work with the lathe, reworked the spindle, hub, and are in the process of having a custom drive shaft built for it. I drove it for the first time yesterday, although the wiring and such is a mess from the previous owners half ass attempts to modernize the truck with a radio and air conditioning.
anyway, here it is, the truck that looks like it came out of a country song, your car has 1 fuel tank, "Beast" as its been dubbed, has 2.
460 V-8
4 Speed

Those are great old trucks. However are you sure it's a 77? I've been a Ford guys all my life and owned a couple of F150's. The grille on this one looks like a 76.
Check out pictures on Google images for 77's and then look at some older years.
But in any event, that is a nice one for as old as she is. I remember the late 70's F150's well, I graduated High School in 78.

Very cool SLN, everyones gotta start somewhere :)

I had a 78 Cougar with an LTDII front clip. my wife (girlfriend at the time) called it the Cougar II. But its no surprise to me that cars or rucks end up with differnt parts over the years.
