S! AVG,
I was wondering who makes your ribbons and badges that are displayed under your name. I want to do something like this for our squad.
Thanks,
Senyu

Re: Ribbons and badges
S!~ Sir,
I was the one who put the medals system in place. To do this I collected the images on the internet for the medals that I wanted (mostly from http://en.wikipedia.org), and made minor changes to some of them to make them appear more uniform and realistic. Many of the descriptions of the medals and ribbons are also taken from wikipedia. To implement the system I used the Medals MOD for phpBB3 writen by Nathan Dupra (aka Gremlinn), and I opted to use an image of the ribbon for each of the medals instead of the actual medal itself for this site. But, you could display the actual medal with the Medals MOD for phpBB3 as well. You can find the Medals MOD for phpBB3, and the other modifications for phpBB3 that Nathan has written, here;
http://test.dupra.net
It may be of interest to you that the Roster MOD as offered on Nathan's site was written for the =AVG= and has since been released to the public. If you were to review the information about the Roster MOD for phpBB3 on Nathan's site, you may note that the images used are from this web site, with permission, of course.
