S!~ All,
As former members of Group HQ, Redjoy and American are allowed the choice of squadron affiliation. They have chosen to transfer back to their roots with the Adam & Eves. Please join me in thanking them for their service.
As founding members, they have laid the groundwork for what you know today as the =AVG=. Redjoy was the commander of the 4th Fighter Group at the time that Trouble4u envision a transformation of the 4th to the virtual Flying Tigers of today. Trouble presented the idea to me and we had the resources available. We developed the concept and we presented the idea to Jinzo (XO at the time), and Redjoy. They both felt that it was in the best interest of the current membership, and Redjoy offered his complete support. Redjoy was instrumental in the early days, giving instruction to the new pilots and Razgriz_37 would provide the support. Warren was working on a new community event for the =AVG= to host, and Razgriz_37 and American were on the lookout for pilots that might want to join the new outfit. Some original members have moved on, and some have lost interest in the game entirely. But there are still plenty of active members that once flew for the 4th Fighter Group. My hat is off to you gentlemen, as it is through your effort, that the group is what it is today.
