There has been a change to the policy regarding awards. Pilots outside of the =AVG= are now eligible to receive medals and ribbons previously awarded only to members of the group. This change is retroactive and effective immediately. For those of you who have participated in Wings~of~War events, you may want to get registered here at virtualaces.net so that your campaign ribbons, or any other applicable award, can be issued.
