World War 1 plane sets

Unread post by j18dread »

I am trying to setup a WW1 server (for my own amusement) in anticipation of Canvas Knights, but I cannot find any WW1 era planes. I thought there was a Camel and probably a Dr1, but have no idea where to find them. Any suggestions? I will keep looking, just started.

The process seems remarkably easy for far, but then I have not tried to fly it yet. Using the Ardennes map, just need to add the correct planes to the loadout list.

Thanks.

Been good, thanks for asking. Really miss Cold War 4.1. First Eagles is a great improvement except it has a mediocre multiplayer capability, hence no online community.

Been coming up to speed on IL2, but not a big fan of the community or the server restrictions and the seemingly flawed fms. Eagerly awaiting Canvas Knights.

Saw a YouTube snippet on IL2 biplanes that looked promising, but should have paid closer attention. Well back to practicing take-offs and landings.

As I recall, flying against you was tantamount to standing before a firing squad. Hope to see you soon in CK.
