Just reportin what im readin... this from the groundzero forum, apparently from someone with a downloaded patch rather than the up updater which does not bring over the README file ...

Warning

The current version 4.10m is not compatible with the previous versions of the flight simulator when playing over the network (Online). Both the server and client must have the appropriate versions in order to connect.

Attention: Version 4.10m is only for a merged version of the simulator of the proper version (FB+AEP+PF).

Add-On Installation Instructions (Please read carefully)

The Il-2 1946 add-on v.4.10m installs only over v.4.09m.

In order to install this add-on, run the file 410m.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that this add-on is impossible to install over stand alone Pacific Fighters.

Yeah Cirx at SAS and Hades at UP went right to work on 4.10 and cracked it open in like 2 hrs...i like Tiger haven't had any troubles switching between 4.10 and 4.09 version..via the jgsme switcher...

MY guess is that Space and Zombie were experiencing the "ghost mod" issue...It happens because the WW 1 Mod is nearly 800 megs once it unpacks... so it can leave stuff behind if you switch too fast.

I musta got the bunk file like CK says then. Still, there are those in the know that warn of the incompatability of 4.09 and 4.10, and I thought we should be aware of it.

I just downloaded the game yesterday did all the updates and I cant connect to it either, this is becoming like ROF,what a pita.........
