It's assumed sir that you were banned. If each attempt instantly results in that message appearing, then yes, you've been banned. What will need to happen from this point is to go log on to the SOV forums and appeal your banishment.

But your not only limited to flying in there, instead come our new TS 3 comms and join your mates sometimes in Zeke vs Wildcat. Just hop on comms.
