If you got something that isn't broke, don't fix it. Stay with the version that will allow you the easiest and most reliable path this close to the mission start. I've seen this happen before for USL, and all it does it breed complications for various reasons; people can't get the update to work, compatibility issues, and so on.

Also, I share the sentiments of J9_Hammer. If using 4.10.1 means losing the 6DOF Mod, then please stay with 4.9.

Besides, other than not having to choose which mod you need, (which can be made easy by creating a profile) what do you gain in 4.10.1? And that being said, what could you possibly gain with UP 3.0? The immersion factor is the same as it will always be the same game.

While it is true that 3.0 RC has been released for 4.10.1 there is no server software for RC 3.0 which is why it is not an option.

HSFX5 takes a separate install of 4.101.
HSFX4 is in the UP switcher.
My vote is 4.09 with mods as we have been doing.

Well, it looks like we may get to have our cake and eat it, too. I'm downloading the client and server software now. I'll get back to you when I have a had a chance to test.
