Major Smokin awarded the Achievement Medal

Major Smokin has distinguished himself by sustained meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight. For outstanding participation, and victory, in the Burma Cup II Racing Series, Major Smokin is hereby awarded the Achievement Medal.

Major Smokin's actions are in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Armed Forces and the Army Air Corp. They reflect well on him, his squadron, and the group.
