Down but not out

Unread post by Decker »

Well, the beast has died, for now. My graphics card kept overheating so $220 later I have a bad ass graphics card. Then, still nothing. Took it to a computer shop for a second opinion. I smoked the motherboard too. He did complement me on the beast of a machine I built. Hopefully after a trip to Frys and some time I will be back up again.

After $600 in motherboard and graphics card I am partially back up. I need to install 2 more sticks of ram and my second 1tb hard drive and tweek some motherboard and graphics card settings and I should be good to go. With this set up I can run 4 monitors

I think I'm jealous, except for the $600 part. ;)

Ok, up and running. to get to 7.0.3 do I just run the updater? Do I need to copy my game version first? Not worried about space on my Hard drive. I now have 2TB :)

S!~ Decker,

From HSFX 7.0.1 all you need to do is run HSFX_Client_Updater.exe.
