Hello from SNA2007

Unread post by SNA2007 »

Hey Guys,

Saying Hi from Dubai, UAE. Right now we are winding down our deployment and I should be back in the states soon. It's been a successful deployment thus far, we closed the door in Iraq and supported operations in Afghanistan as well. Been logging a lot flight hours, esepcially night carrier traps :o . Anyway, talk to you guys later and hopefully will be back in the virtual skies at home soon.

P.S. What happend to Battle of Britian being released?

Actually Cliffs of Dover is out but it's a HUGE system whore, it's got very limited planes and it's quite buggy. Patches have been released, but everything I've read and heard is that you'll need a top of the line system to run it to get decent frame rates, especially online. Also Oleg is releasing more planes for it, but they are coming... soon... at some point...

Were you close enough to wave to the Iranian Navy on the way through the straits?
