Major Warren awarded the Meritorious Service Medal

Unread post by Tiger »

For distinguished service as Operations Officer in the =AVG=, Major Warren is awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. Throughout the past months, Major Warren has tirelessly pursued his duties as Group Operations Officer, scheduling and coordinating with other squadrons for such events as the Normandy Campaign and the Carrier Ops competition with the B.O.P. Major Warren's efforts have not only lead to a great increase in inter-squadron cooperation within the =AVG= but also in the Group's interaction with other squads throughout the IL-2 community. His actions are in keeping with the highest traditions of the =AVG= and the U.S. Army Air Force.
Congratulations, Warren. You are doing a fine job. Keep up the good work.

S!~

Internet ranks and medals dont mean much to me but I am honored. It is nice tho, thank you very much.

Whatever rank or medals have been given to me, they really are soley the =AVG='s.

I, on the other hand, being a jet pilot, am an attention whore. So all the medals and shiny thingies you feel like giving me, gimme gimme!
