First off here are my computer specs for reference:
Intel Pentium 4 2.1 ghz
2.5 gig Ram
ATI Radeon 9000 (AGP port)
70 gig hard drive
I have high speed DSL (average of 2.55 Mbps down and 0.43 Mbps up)

In USL I'm having frame rates of no higher than 9 to 11fps, usually hovering around 5fps, definately not playable. I figured it might be Team Speak Overlay so I turned it off, didn't help. I thought reducing my graphic settings to the lowest would solve the prob...

Be advised there is a virus that comes in thru internet explorer just by logging into a website it is called personal shield it hijacks your desk top and explorer it disables your virus protection and security. It took me 4 hours today to remove all of it's contents from my sons pc. I back tracked it to googles search engine and his search for music he never downloaded it but tried to click on a link and it self loaded. I hope someone can help me out here. Tp host a game I have to forward a port on my router, Today I did this and it worked fine. But afterwards when I tryed to join a game I would get timed out and could not join. So I unforwarded the port and I was able to join the games again.

This would be a pain the ass to do this any time I want to host or join a game, any idea on what I need to do to so I can do both?

I tried the Ground Zero and the SEOW forums and I can't find any one post that says how to set up my game.

I'm running 4.09m with the UP 2 n. I have HSFX in my JSGME, but on the forums they're up to HSFX 4.11

Also, I guess I have to register again somewhere to play on Mondays and Thursdays? Is that with Ground Zero or SEOW or both?

What else am i missing?
